HERO study questionnaires

In order to maximize the haemophilia community’s use of the HERO study, the two questionnaires used in the study are made available in public domain. The two questionnaires "Adult People with Haemophilia (PWH)" and "Parents of a Child below 18 years old with Haemophilia" are intended for self-completion (either pen and paper, or using fillable PDF). Whether you decide to use one or both questionnaires, a set of guidelines have been developed that provide information designed to ensure you get the best results possible for your research.

The objectives of making the questionnaires and guidelines available are to enable:

  • Access to researchers' knowledge of scope of the HERO study and enable interested parties to formulate suggestions for further exploration of the data.
  • Possibility for researchers to conduct research in their own country – equivalent to the international study.
